Why Did I Start Working in the Pharm Tech Profession? Here's My Reason.

I was a Junior in Undergrad and I needed another job. I had been working at Walmart as a cashier and I started to gain interest in working in a Pharmacy but I knew it would take forever for me to transfer to the Pharmacy department at Walmart.

I was on indeed.com and I seen an opening at CVS Pharmacy. I immediately applied. A few days later, I received a call for an interview. Shortly after my interview, I received a job offer.

I was majoring in Biology and I wanted to work in healthcare but I was unsure about which field. Each day I would come to work eager to learn and day after day my love for Pharmacy grew. I was hired as a Pharmacy cashier and I was determined to become a Certified Pharmacy Technician one day.

After graduation, I transitioned from part-time to full-time. The more I worked, the better I became as a technician. Shortly after my transition, I decided to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam and I passed!

My career started to take off from there!
